P.s any other shop does alignments for $70 max
I will never get any services done on my vehicles at this company again. Service technician claimed that because I had installed tie rod ends the alignment is now more money then it would be if they installed the tie rod ends. Proceeding to be very condescending and stating that it would take "3 hours to align because they would need to use a torch to heat it up". I was shocked by the price difference from $49.99 - $99.99 due to the fact they are doing less work and labor. I can't think of a single situation when a mechanic would need to heat up new tie rod ends and take 3 hours to do a 45 minute job. My family and I will never return to this company again. Disgraceful.
The add for an alignment is not currently being honored I guess.
I called at 1230 on a Saturday to inquire about 2 tires for my car..Kyle said they have them in stock and if I got there by 12:45 they could put them on..and they did, even past the closing time..I appreciate they stayed later to help me..highly recommend them.
Growing up with an automobile service center in my family for three generations, I am very particular where I have my vehicle. My wife and I have been bringing both our vehicles here for 3 years now. We are always greeted with a smile and by name. Who does that now a days?...learns their customer's names! The service provided has been great and affordable. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Lake Tire & Auto.
