Winter time warming shelters could be warmer especially for elderly. A midday schedule during weekdays would also be nice. Better schedules for weekends. If this is all dependant upon ridership take NORTHSTAR OUT OF COMISSION and save taxpayers the burden of carrying a white elephant.
