I wish I could support my local DQ, but I have NEVER received a correct order, here. It becomes very upsetting when you are constantly paying extra money for food you don't even receive. I understand that workers are often teens and still learning, but I usually come in when it is near-empty. I am polite and patient, I repeat my order multiple times to confirm, and yet it doesn't matter- whether I order inside or drive-thru.
Terrible service. They'd rather spit in your face than hand you your food or even take your money. Got a blizzard and it was 3/4 vanilla ice cream and 1/4 blizzard. Disgusting, never going here again.
Orders are often taken very slowly and have to be repeated a handful of times. I understand if it's busy, but the majority of the time we are the only ones in line. And then receiving the ice cream and/or food take forever. Not all, but at least half of the staff are clueless.
It's ok, haven't had a real bad experience with food quality. This is a small location with occasional waves of customers that can leave you in the drive through for upwards of 20 minutes. Employees can be lacking at times, but wouldn't expect much more from fast food anyway.
If your employees are inexperienced, they need to be better supervised. Extremely disappointing. At least there have been a couple very kind employees. That way I can say it wasn't a total bust.
All I wanted was a quick bite, little hamburger with tomatoes and lettuce. For $1.60 I received the best hamburger. It left me wanting more because it was so juicy and fresh.
