Always good food from here. It's made fresh to order and the lunch prices are affordable. I think they should look into offering delivery.
Do yourself a favor, make the 15 minute trip to Chin Yuen instead.
I used to think all Chinese restaurants were the same. Then I tried this place. Worst Chinese food I've ever had. The sesame chicken tasted as if it was lathered in a mixture of ketchup and vinegar. The beef and broccoli was served to me in a bath of thick tasteless sludge, and the beef, while tender, didn't taste like beef at all.
This place has delicious Chinese food, good prices and the owners/staff are always very friendly. I love that their chicken dishes are made with white meat and it all seems to be quality ingredients. Go to for Chinese in the area.
My kind of place! no frills, order at the counter, plastic utensils, but great food made when you order. Seasonings were much better than other local places, and cream cheese wontons were fresh, crispy, and nicely flavored with a bit of fine chopped fresh onion. I ordered Szechuan chicken, extra spicy, and it delivered the punch that is lacking here in MN food! The size of the plate at $7.95 was amazing, certainly enough for 2 people, and included rice. I ended up bringing enough home for another meal. I plan on ordering "to go" soon, since I know they won't be filling containers off a buffet line.
Ordering was awesome. Food was hot and tasty. Highly recommended.
