I had a great time at Caribou. They made my drink exactly how I asked, and they even put extra Andes mints on top. I love this place and it is great to go after volleyball practice to study and finish homework. This place is definitely one that I would recommend for the middle school high school and college crowd. However it is also accommodating to the people who have office jobs and stressful days because they serve coffee and coffee helps unwind

We went there at 755 tonight after my daughters Christmas concert. Before we ordered our 6 drinks we were rudely told they were closing in 5 minutes. The girl that made our drinks was completely disgusted and as slamming cooler doors and throwing things into the sink in the back. In the 6 minutes we were there waiting for our drinks we were told more than 3 times they close at 8. We got our drinks and we were leaving. 2 of the people were not even out of the shop yet and they shut the lights off. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

One gal heated my childrens' drinks to adult temperatures, burning their tongues. She's gone now, and they've been doing much better. The manager was kind.
