What you’d expect from McDonalds. I can’t give any fast food joint other than Chick-fil-a and In-n-Out five stars because of next level service and great food. Not sure how they have a 3 star rating though. I’ve always had hot food, quickly, along with polite service here.
I had to update my old review. This place has really turned around and we have been very happy with the correct orders finally when using the drive thru. Very consistent, excellent service and who doesn't love McDonald's?
My family went through the drive thru and placed our order. We paid and went to the next window. While we were waiting, I checked our reciept. I noticed 1 item was missing. I asked the person at the window, (who was the shift manager), if we could get it out on our order. I tried to hand her the money and she proceeded to tell me that there was "no way to place an order here" and that, "we would have to drive around again". Keep in mind, this wasn't OUR mistake, the cashier forgot it. Also, we weren't asking for a free sandwich, or even a discount. I was trying to pay full price for the item that the cashier forgot. I don't feel that's an unreasonable request. The whole "no way to ring something up here" excuse is b.s. as well as I asked if she could have the cashier at the previous window ring it up quickly, OR, if she would go the the register 5 feet behind her to ring it up. Both were vehemently denied as "not possible" unhelpful and rude employee. I will NOT be going here again.
We always stop here on the way home from our cabin in Nisswa. We dined in. I had the sriracha sandwich on an artisan bun. It was delicious! Make sure you grab plenty of napkins, you'll need them!!
This McDonald's is always staffed well. The dining area and restrooms were very clean. The lunch hour rush moved along like a well-oiled machine.
P.S. this is not the first time I've had issues at this particular restaurant. This was the final straw.
The only complaint about today's visit is, the menu screens were down. Aside from that, kudos to all employees and management of this McDonald's.
Great management staff, which is hard to come by in a fast food joint like this. If you go here, expect hot, fast food, with great service. Pretty black and white in my opinion.
Consistent. Needed something to eat after working late. Thought I should have waited and made something better at home.
